Enquiries
The current form prepares an email draft locally. Preparing it does not send it to COMES. Copying uses your clipboard; opening your email application passes the draft to that application. Sending the email shares your name, company, email, selected equipment and message with COMES and its email service. We use enquiry data to respond and, where requested, take steps towards a contract; other business enquiries may be handled on the basis of legitimate interests. There is no automatic marketing subscription.
Website operation and external services
The hosting provider processes technical connection data, including IP address and request information, to deliver and protect the website. On this deployment the host is Cloudflare. Fonts and product images are served locally. On contact and sales-network pages, OpenStreetMap tiles load automatically when the map enters view, disclosing your IP address and map area to the OpenStreetMap Foundation. We use maps to help visitors locate COMES and its representatives, on the basis of legitimate interests. You can disable maps in Privacy settings. External social, WhatsApp, directions and video links contact their providers when you follow them.
Recipients, location and retention
Authorised COMES staff and contracted hosting/email providers may process data for these purposes. Providers may process data outside the EEA; applicable contractual safeguards and transfer arrangements must be assessed for the services COMES uses. Enquiry correspondence is kept for handling the request and any resulting business relationship, then only as required for legal obligations or legal claims. Technical logs follow the configured provider retention. Contact COMES for the applicable retention criteria and safeguards.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability where applicable, or object to processing based on legitimate interests. You may withdraw permission for optional maps in Privacy settings without affecting previous lawful processing. Contact info@comesitaly.com. You may complain to the Italian supervisory authority, Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (garanteprivacy.it).
Scope and updates
This notice describes the current draft/email form and optional maps. Direct server submission, analytics, marketing tools or a different hosting arrangement require an updated notice before activation. Updated: 2 November 2026.
